ADMISSION PRICES: Authors, vendors attending the conference, etc. - $100.00 per person.  Spouses are welcome to attend at the reduced price of $50.00. We also offer the special 3-4-2 program where three people can attend for the price of two. Tables and advertising spaces are available for rent during the conference. ADDITIONAL:

CONFERENCE BOOKSTORE:  A bookstore for all attending published authors will be set up in the hotel. All books on display will be autographed ahead of time and business cards or bookmarks with contact information will included inside the books. There is no charge to have your book placed in the bookstore.

BOOKSIGNINGS: A series of booksignings for visiting authors will be coordinated with local outlets and at the conference throughout the day.

ONE-ON-ONES:  Private meetings between agents, publishing executives, and writers will occur throughout the day. Meeting request cards will be handed out in the morning and everyone is encouraged to give them to people they are interested in meeting with. 

AGENT AND PUBLISHER PITCH SESSION:  A panel of agents and publishing representatives will convene on Sunday from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.  Authors have the opportunity to pitch their latest work to the agents, publishing representatives, and more importantly, readers.
